2024 Summer Policy for non-tuition students



During July and August, students have the option to follow the monthly music membership or opt for the "per-lesson" summer policy. 

For continuing students, in order to maintain fall enrollment in the studio, a minimum summer fee for 5 lessons is required (at your current lesson length).

Students that join after June 2024 will have fall scheduling priority after continuing students based on number of summer lessons attended and fall availability.




Billing

Minimum summer fee due by July 5th to maintain enrollment for current/continuing students.

Any other scheduled lessons are charged upon registration (or within the week)

All fees and credits expire August 24th. No refunds/credits will be issued for unused lessons.

Accepted payment methods: debit/credit on file for auto-pay (processed through Stripe) or pre-pay with cash/check (mailbox drop-off)
 


Canceled or Missed Lessons

Lessons must be canceled 24 hours in advance to reschedule/reuse the credit. Exceptions may be made

Lessons missed without sufficient notice will be charged and cannot be rescheduled.

How will I schedule my lessons?

When you sign up as a student, you gain access to our online calendar for scheduling. You can schedule one at a time or all at once, whatever fits your needs! Limit one lesson per day.


Are there any additional charges?

Books and materials are not included in the lesson fees. Purchased materials will be billed separately when provided or purchasing links/information will be provided. 

  

What if I need to miss a lesson?

Notify the studio as soon as you can by canceling the lesson on the website calendar (or send a text/email to the studio). If canceled with 24 hours' notice, a makeup credit will be issued to reschedule.
